Unique formula solution 100ml for use with DTG (Direct to Garment) printers equipped with EPSON print heads. Unique, advanved formula liquid for print head maintenance / protection. It helps keep the print head in perfect condition, removing dried ink, fibres and micro-particles. To be used at the end of each working day or every time the printer is scheduled to remain idle for some hours:
•
Unlock the print head and move it until the capping station is free and accessible.
•
Add the liquid in the capping station until it is almost full (usually 3-6 ml suffice, depending on the printer model).
•
Park and lock the print head.
•
Leave the liquid in the capping station until you are ready to operate the printer again.
•
Before operating the printer again, perform a head cleaning so that all the liquid is removed from the capping station.
