Shipping all over Europe
Products could be returned in the following cases:
| • | Shipping of a product other than the one ordered by the customer, due to a processing error of the Company or its associates. The customer may return the specific product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product receipt. In this case all shipping expenses for returning the product are covered by the Company. |
| • | Returning a product from the customer, without any obligation on behalf of the customer to reason his/her withdrawal, according to Law 2251/94-2000 for Protecting the Consumer. The customer has the right of returning the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product receipt.
